The focus of my practice is more satisfying living through mindfulness. Whether in the workplace or home, living mindfully brings balance and perspective as well as insight and solutions. For more than three decades I have helped people who value integration of spiritual wisdom into career, family, and personal pursuits.
I consider it a sacred trust to work with individuals in realizing a happier, healthier approach to life.
In addition, I teach behavioral health professionals how to integrate mindfulness into their therapy practices. A therapist who practices mindfulness personally offers an enhanced quality of therapuetic presence to clients which is crucial to the success of the therapuetic relationship.
In 2016 I am offering a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction for Behavioral Health Professionals. See my Services page for more details.
